FXCM connection not working - price is not moving

Hi,

can you please help me with connection from FXCM? As soon as I connect to market data the light turn green, however the price is not moving at all. It was connected today with no problems and out of nowhere the connection stopped working. I do have set preffered market data within options for Forex FXCM also.

probably the same here, realtime data not working from approx 9:15 UTC+2 for FXCM connection
worked until then, now only historical data from NT HDS can be loaded

Same here, I thought it was because of the license key but still grandfathered in for multi broker

Hello All,

Thank you for posting.

Please go to Connections->configure->Select your connection in the lower left panel->Uncheck "NinjaTrader historical data server" on the right->Click Ok->Restart NinjaTrader and let me know if you then receive real time data successfully.

Seems that it worked, I already got connection couple of times today but everytime lost it after a while. Hopefully it will work for good.

So it looks like it was a false alarm, I'm back to square one. The connection keeps dropping after a while

thanks for the response, I tried what you suggested
unfortunately, realtime data doesn't work that way either
and after some time (much longer than from NT HDS) the historical data is loaded
I tried loading: TF - 1m, history 0 Days, EURUSD & @XAUUSD
in addition, I get an error, see the attachment
with HDS ON - no error


Update:
it's kind of kidding me
about 2 minutes after posting the post to the forum, the price started to move
both HDS connections ON and OFF
