    Critical - If your inquiry involves live or evaluation orders, please always reach out to your broker's/account providers Orders Desk immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.

    If your trade(s) are with NinjaTrader Brokerage, you can contact NinjaTrader Brokerage Order Desk by emailing [email protected].

    If these orders were submitted through scripting, there is not a way to force a cancellation, if the action you are doing results in the order becoming stuck you would have to review the cancellation logic and make sure that is only happening while the order is in a working state. If you are cancelling an order when its only been submitted that may result in the order becoming stuck. If you need further help with a script you have created yourself, please contact our engineering team at [email protected].

    (Please note that if you are using any 3rd party trading software such as a trade copier or automated strategy, we would not be able to troubleshoot order issues as they would be better reviewed by the developers of the software.)​



    If this is on a Simulation account, there are cases in which simulation orders appear "stuck" on the platform.

    If the order is with the local simulation account(s) "Sim101":

    We advise you to reset the simulation account to resolve this problem.

    (Resetting a simulation account will delete all historical trading data for this account).

    Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account:
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the "Accounts" tab.
    • Right-click on your simulation account and select "Edit Account".
    • Press the "Reset" button > Yes > OK.



    If the order is with the DEMO account:

    This type of stuck orders are cleared/reset after the market session is over.

    If you wish, you can also contact support@tradovate with the full account number and ask if they can clear it sooner.
