Splash Screen Stuck On "Copying custom assemblies"

When I launch Desktop NT 8 - Splash screen freezes on "Copying custom assemblies". Issue began yesterday.
It goes through the verifying license step, but then goes no further.
I have restarted laptop, multiple occasions, but still can't launch.

Do you use Apex copier?

Thanks for reply. I have Apex trade copier installed, but do not use it.

Try to rerun the Apex Desktop Assistant and install the latest version

@backtester831: Thank you so much That worked. For the benefit of others that may experience this issue.
Background: I am using NT with Apex that has Apex's Desktop ToolKit

Resolution: 1. I ran the current version of the ToolKit I had - Did not solve the issue, 2. Uninstalled the version I had, 3. Downloaded & Installed the latest Apex Desktop Toolkit from Apex Investing, 4. Re-launched NT and all is working again.
