Real Time Data Not Loading

Hello,

i bought the order flow + addon and also the data sucscription from CME.
I connected my account to ninja trader 8 but the charts are not moving and i dont get real time data.
Can you please help here?

It may not be possible today as there is no trading . you may try simulation data feed connection. Maybe Monday or Tuesday coming in September that data may resume.

The charts are still not moving.
Only thing that changes is that market analyzer is now working.

Its same on my NT8 , its best you wait till markets open tomorrow sunday evening (depending on your location) for Asian session .

Hi, it´s monday 9:04 in Europe and the charts on my ninja tyrader aren´t actualized. I use R trader with a bulenox account. I have connected r trader and ninja 8 in the same way than days before but to day the charts show the price on the friday 30 of August.

In the chart trader the data (A and B) change but the candle sticks, renkos... are npt form today data.

How can I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out.

In this case, we will have to determine the configuration of the chart as well as the data source you are using.

First, disconnect all active connections.

-Go to Connections -> and disconnect all green connections.

Next, open a new workspace.

-Go to Workspaces -> new -> and create a blank workspace.

Now please create the following graph to use for testing. This removes many variables to ensure that nothing prevents the chart from working as expected:

• Go to Control Center > New > Chart.
• Select ES 09-24 (also written as "ES SEP24")
• Make a 1 minute chart
• Set the 'Days to load' to 5
• Make sure the 'Template' in the upper right corner is set to "< None >".
• Set the Timeframe > Trading Hours > To "use instrument settings".
• Click OK to create the chart
• Now connect only to your broker/live data feed.
• Does the chart load as expected?
  • Is the historical data displayed and is there real time data?
  • If you open the Chart Trader panel, does it show values for Ask and Bid quotes or just 0's?
    • If this chart has loaded and works as expected, how does it differ from the other chart?

If the test chart has not loaded, please provide more information on the following questions to see why historical data is not displayed.

• What broker or market data provider are you connecting to for Real-time and Historical Market Data?
• Are you connected to your Market Data provider and see the green circle next to its name?
• Do you get Real time market data? Once you open the chart, does it start plotting from that moment in time or just nothing loads in?
• Do other instruments like the NQ 09-24, or YM 09-24 Load in or do no Futures instruments work?
