Is there an issue with NT today

This has never happened in 2 years, I click on the Icon the NT logo comes up that says Live trading, Sim trading and it just sits there .and the . control panel doesn't come up. Any possible anwsers thanks...I have shut my laptop down several times as well to no avail.

We have had some users reporting issues launching NinjaTrader due to an Apex add-on this morning. Let's try testing your platform in Safe Mode to verify if this behavior is caused by a 3rd-party add-on or is isolated to your Workspace using the steps below. Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:

• Loading workspaces and connecting on start-up.
• Loading custom assemblies (3rd-party add-ons and NinjaScripts)
• Getting instrument updates from the server

To open the platform in Safe Mode:

• Go to the Windows Start Menu
• Search for NinjaTrader > select 'NinjaTrader (Safe Mode)'
• Once you have opened the platform in Safe Mode, you may manually connect to your Data Provider from the Connections dropdown

If I don't do the safe mode will it resolve on it's own?

Will the issue be resolved so that we don't have to run in Safe Mode? I have the Apex trade copier and it is not showing up in Safe Mode.

This is insane, it worked in Safe mode..I shut it down and tried to bring up without safe and it still won't load WTF.... Do I need to switch to a new platform
