Data export to excel

Hello,

I tried to export data for ES, NQ, YM and RTY to excel. While ES and NQ gave me 4220 rows of data, YM and RTY gave me only 4180. I used the same time frame on all 4. I tried sveral times to reload all historical data, but it did not work. I am using NT8 demo. Can you please help?

Thank you for posting.

To ensure you do not have any corrupt data stored please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 8
• Open the db folder
• Delete the cache, day, minute and tick folders
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Download historical data
• Export data

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

Hello,

I tried what you suggested and problem is somewhat fixed. I get full data for ES and NQ, but YM and RTY are still missing some data. For ES and NQ I get 4219 rows of data in excel, but for YM and RTY I get 4179 rows of data. Is there anything else I could do?
