    Playback start time

    Hello I am able to replay the market in playback but i want to start from Asia session. in my region that is 7am but the replay will only begin at 11am in my region, this is happening for every day of market playback i have downloaded i can replay the market but it wont let me begin at 7am asia session. Every single day i load and replay it begins at 11am

    any ideas

    (As a side note we deleted the 2nd forum post since it was about the same thing. Please feel free to post any replies or updates within your original forum post in the future if it is about the same thing)

    The playback data is saved from 12am - 12am or Midnight to Midnight in Eastern Time.
    • So if your platform is in a different time zone, it will shift the the data to start at time respectively.
    • For example, a PC in Mountain Time Zone would show 10pm - 10 pm (It is 2 hours or 2 time zones away from Eastern time so the times are shifted locally)
      • It still has all of the same data recorded/downloaded, you would just want to download the day before as well to make it easier.

    It is possible the chart is being limited by the "Trading Hours Template":
    • Right-click on the chart > Click Data Series
    • Under Time frame > Trading Hours > Set this to "Default 24x7" > Click OK
    • Right-click on the chart and select "Reload all historical data"
      • The chart will now plot any time there is data coming in or recorded for the instrument.

    If the behavior continues after the information and changes above, please upload a few screenshots to demonstrate what is happening.

      Hello Clayton, thankyou for your quick reply the second post was because i was given an error message when posting the first and i never saw it on the technical support feed until the second was posted i tried to delete but couldn't find a delete button. I have tried your suggested fix using the default 24X7 and reloading historical data but it hasn't changed.

      here is a screen shot of what i have

      every day i have downloaded is able to playback the market but i am unable to replay this section which is what i want to focus on

        Its now working fine.

        I have deleted and redownloaded the data several times the exact same way and it is finally working. Im not sure what the issue was but im grateful to have ninjatrader playback it is fantastic.
