Playback does not Activate

    Playback does not Activate


    Support folks,

    When I attempt a playback connection, the data on the Playback box comes up as some wonky 2099 date (the date is correct on my machine). Then, the Start / End date drop down selectors never activate. Your thoughts? Thanks,

    Thank you for the message.

    Please try to remove the currently downloaded Market Replay data and then re-download it and test if the behavior continues:
    • Close NinjaTrader
    • Go to the Documents folder > NinjaTrader 8 > db, this folder holds all of the historical data
      • Delete the following folders:
        • Replay
          • Do NOT delete any other files or folders
      • After Deleting this folder, reopen NinjaTrader and it will make a New one automatically.

    Reopen NinjaTrader and re-download the desired Market Replay data and test if the behavior continues.
