Can't connect Tradoovate Apex and Topstep Rithmic

I have an issue, my ninjtrader desktop connects perfectly with my Apex tradovate account but I was told I need to get a Rithmic account for topstep because otherwise it won't work, I did this an followed the instructions on topsteps website to connect the Rithmic account to ninjatrader but whenever I login the tipster account does not appear in my "accounts section" and I can't trade it even thought the green light is on when I check connections. Help please. can these two accounts coexist ??

Thank you for reaching out.

This occurs when you are launching NT8 Desktop and are logging with:

A Non-NInjaTrader account login (for example a Tradovate login)

Or a NinjaTrader login, that has not had a Rithmic-Evaluation license imported to it.


In order for rithmic evaluation accounts to appear correctly in the latest version of NT8, you will first need to import your license key into your user.

Once your License is imported into your NinjaTrader Client Portal, you will need to restart the NT8 Desktop application and log in again (same credentials as your Portal).

Once the platform is open, go to Help -> About to further confirm the "Evaluation" entitlement was added.

Then try to connect to your Rithmic account.'
