Cannot access rithmic nkd - apex assesment

Hi..I cannot load NKD in NinjaTrader thru my Rithmic data connection and APEX Login.I use the NJT 8.1.3.1 64-bit . Chart for NKD is blank. Appreciate Assistance

Have you tried asking Apex about it since they are the data source?

Hi....According to them NKD is a tradeable instrument. Rithmic are the data providers. When I login to Rithmic it shows that NKD is available to me but it doesnt show in NT 8

The lIve data you receive once connected, as well as the instruments you are authorized to trade, are managef by the account provider (Apex)

Please try typing "NKD SEP24" in the instrument selector:


If you do not see data for it or cannot trade it, you will need to reach out to RIthmic-Apex to enable this instrument/data on your account.
