Discrepancy between NinjaTrader and IBKR

Hi.
On a Chart, NinjaTrader shows correctly that I bought 100 shares of QQC_F. It also shows INCORRECTLY that I am flat and does NOT show a sale of those shares. Instead, it shows in another chart, INCORRECTLY, that I am long 100 shares of QQC (but it does not show the purchase of those shares), QQC and QQC.F are not the same stock!

IBKR shows, correctly, that I bought 100 shares of QQC.F which I still hold (it does not show a sale of those shares. It also shows, correctly, that I did NOT buy any shares of QQC.

What is the problem? How can I get NinjaTrader to synchronize properly with the broker?
