my computer crashed, ATM disappeared but not on sim

My computer crashed while in a trade.
when I rebooted, my sim account had kept its ATM trailing stop but my live account did not.

Why? How can I make it so my live account keeps the ATM trailer?

Thank you for posting.

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files". Also within the email can you include the Order ID which can be found in the Orders or Executions tab for the order that did not keep the trailing stop.

I don't think you can for ATM trailers because I'm pretty sure the logic for the trail and what moves the stop loss is controlled within the local NinjaTrader, so if NinjaTrader isn't running then you don't have your trailing stop losses. You want to get something like ninjamobiletrader vps for protection because then the ATM trail logic will still execute even when your computer is off or disconnects.
