specified count to the semaphore would cause it to exceed

For the past week, I've configured NinjaTrader 8.1.3.1 64-bit to connect to Coinbase and watch the BTCUSD and ETHUSD on the charts. It worked will up until Tuesday 8/20, where it wouldn't update the charts past noon. Then it kept connecting and reconnect. Finally, it consistently crashes out with the following error message:

"Unhandled exception: Adding the specified count to the semaphore would cause it to exceed its maximum count."

I tried closing all charts and relaunching NInjaTrader, starting new chart with no indicators, etc. I tried just using BTCUSD or ETHUSD data, but still fails in either case. The problem is still continuing today. Today, the data is now at 8/21, but once again, stops before noon... 11:45 AM.

What could be causing this problem?

Coinbase is currently doing some backend updates that are affecting the ability to connect to and use their connection within NinjaTrader.
