    Adding License keys to my lifetime NT subscription

    Hi
    I cannot for the life of me add my evaluation accounts - Topstep-Bulenox etc - to my NT account. The add license key button has disappeared from my “Plans” tab and despite NT asserting that I dont need to add a licences key with the NT update, once ive clicked all the right buttons in rithmic etc, (which I have done) nothing resolves this. Please help!

    #cashjack - I’d suggest you contact Support by email directly providing them with all of your License Keys so they can enable your ‘Entitlements’ on your account manually via ‘Back Office’.
    After resisting this migration from License Keys and v 8.1.x for what I naively thought should be long enough to sort it, for me it was a PITA with numerous exchanges with Support required before they finally got their act together, and the inevitable waste of hours of my time running up against dead-ends with online route not working ‘still under development’.

      sounds like they shouldv'e left the add licenses tab on the new update...

        If you're grandfathered in with a lifetime key, then you don't need to import the Rithmic license key, the TopStep, Bulenox, etc. accounts will show up on the NT control center. Otherwise, send an email to [email protected] and they'll import the license key for you

          Thank you for the message.

          As other users have suggested, you would normally want to reach out to NinjaTrader Support directly for questions that involve you and your account specifically as the forum is a publicly facing location so we can only be so specific here.

          At this point, new evaluation accounts don't have to worry about License Keys as they are no longer needed for those.
          • If you had an older evaluation account, you would have needed to import the license key at some point.
          • If it doesn't let you import, then you would have to reach out to the NinjaTrader Support team directly with the Username and License Key and we would add it manually.

          If your NinjaTrader Username is the same one that was connected to the same email address you used to create your forum username, then I manually added the Evaluation (Rithmic) Entitlement to your Username and you are now able to see evaluation accounts within the platform.
          • Please restart NinjaTrader and sign back in for the changes to take effect.
          • From there, connect to the account and they should show within the Accounts menu
