Strartegy onpricechange not works properly

Dear Sirs.
I have one strategy in NQ on 15 minutes bar, OnPriceChange. that in market replay(historical) sends a stop order immediatly after a buy order is filled. In real time the stop order is send to market in the next bar. 15 minutes later.
