Charts not working for Topstep combine account

    Charts not working for Topstep combine account

    ​I can connect to my Topstep combine account but my charts are not moving. I can't place an order and get an error message saying, "User not entitled to trade on this exchange." (see attached)
    Fyi - I was using ninjatrader for Apex evaluation trading few weeks ago and just recently switched to Topstep.

    - I have the "multi-provider" option under tools checked
    - I m also connected to R-Trader Pro for market data

    Has anyone faced similar issues? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

    I used both TopStep and Apex too. I think that error message is something only TopStep can help with, maybe your account isn't fully set up yet because I know they've had a large increase in traders and maybe they are behind

      Thankyou for the message.

      As jabowery suggested, you would want to reach back out to Topstep's support team directly as this message means your account has not been set up to trade those instruments yet.

      From here, reach out to Topstep's support team and ask them why this is appearing and what needs to be done to finish setting the account up and activating real-time market data so that you can use it to place trades.

        that is strange because if my account is not setup then I wouldn't have my credentials to login. I have a feeling that this is to do with my market data entitlement and somehow connected to R Pro and Ninjatrader.
