Alerts.

Could someone please advise.

I would like to experiment with setting some alert criteria.

I would like to include EMA from one time frame and EMA from a second time frame.

I would like to alert on if the EMA line up in one order.

I would also like to include if a bar closes over one of these EMAs.

If at all possible i would also like to alert on the strength of the close (not sure if this is asking to much)

Is this possible and if so what is the best material to read in order to learn how to do this.

Thank you for your post.

The best idea here is to consider custom programming to achieve the type of alerts that you are seeking. Most of the types of alerts that you'll be able to create are going to be very simple, such as "does this indicator touch this price? Yes? If so, then play an alert." or "does the price touch the line I previously created? If so, then show a popup message."

Hi Thanks for the reply,

I was under the belief that ninja had a built in way of doing this that did not need programming?

is it not possible to achieve to some degree the above by using Market Analyzer ?
