Chart Trader on Simulation Mode

Hi team,

I can't seem to be able to select my account on NinjaTrader 8 when on simulation mode. I can see real time data (or the 10 minute delay) but I can't use Chart Trader. Any advice?

Thank you for posting.

To clarify do you only see the account beginning with DEMO? If so to access your live account when logging in please select Live trading when prompted as opposed to Simulation.

Do you have a green light on your ninja control center?

Yes, I do. There's also "live" data since I can see the market as it happens, I can draw lines analyze but I can't execute.

Sounds like the Global Simulation mode option might be enabled. Check the Tools menu if there's an option to disable it.

Still no luck, I am on the simulation side of things, but I still was able to trade (in simulation mode) with ChartTrader and now it's been a few days I just can't choose my account on it, or use it at all.

Anyone has any ideas?
