Unable to use desktop platform due to multiple Error's

    Unable to use desktop platform due to multiple Error's

    I recently downloaded the Ninja Trader desktop app and I am having several issues that makes me unable to use it.

    I have tried to reinstall the application several times, and tried different versions.

    first off, when i launch the app with an error stating ''could not find file ...\_workspaces.xml' '' it seems that I am missing the ''_workspaces.xml' '' file it wont download for some reason. so this makes me unable to create a workspace. and I think I might be missing some more files because the ''workspaces'' folder is completely empty; no recovery file or whatsoever.

    secondly the seems to be no data to the market whatsoever i have looked at how to use the application but it don't seem to have any connection to the market whatsoever; everything is just empty

    thirdly, the ninjatrader loading logo wont go away, even after the app is opened or closed

    I can also get some other errors from time to time like another application using the file or that i don't have permission to do something. (I have tried to close all the other applications running in the background)

    I realize this might be a pc problem but I have never had any issues like this before.

    Thank you for posting.

    So I may look into this further please send an email to [email protected] with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) A copy of your log and trace files.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

        Try to get Ninja out of onedrive because it can cause problems in the future with syncing
