How to remove cancel pending in a sim account?

My understanding of "cancel pending" orders is that these are others with cancellation requests already sent to a broker and waiting for feedback, so I am at a loss as to why I am seeing these in sim account. Furthermore, I am unable to remove them by clicking close icon or using "cancel all orders". How do I resolve this? TIA. See attached screenshot.

Thank you for the message.

Any time you are using a Sim101 or locally created Sim account, there are a few different ways that one of these orders can get "Stuck". Some of these reasons are:

• Placing an order while the market is closed
• Placing an order while there is no connection to live data
• Placing an order while there are connection loss issues
• Placing an order to an expired contract

Unfortunately, if an order has become stuck on the Sim101 or other local simulation account, the only way to remove them is to reset the simulation account and remove the trade history:

• Go to the Control Center > Accounts tab > Right-click on the Simulation account you want to reset > Click "Edit account"
• Adjust the "Initial Cash" as desired (If you want to change that)
• Click the reset button in the bottom-right corner > Check the "Clear History" box if you want to remove the trade history too > Click OK
