Video Evidence - NT8 Unable to Trade NQ Market

Heres a video showing NT8 completely unable to keep track of the NQ market.

It places trades in incorrect places. It shows loss when there are gains, gains when there are losses. It inputs orders incorrectly into Orders/Executions/Positions and all other windows that use this data.

Unsure whether the chart is not following the market or the market is not following the chart.

Seems to happen more in high volatility times.

This problem is discussed in many places right now! NT8 is not usable anymore! People dont even dare trading ES because of the lag.

I like NT8 though! Hope it is fixable at all. Ninjatrader knows the problem!

It looks like you could be experiencing a rendering delay. A "Rendering Delay" can occur on charts when they are trying to print too much information at once and cannot keep up with the current price. This behavior may be prevalent on charts during periods of high volatility and fast market movement. You may also notice orders filling immediately or being rejected as they are submitted to prices far away from the current market price. Oftentimes, this is caused by 3rd-party add-ons that are not efficiently rendering on your charts.


If you look at the Ask and Bid on your Chart Trader, it does not match the current prices on your chart - they are consistently off by about 20 points.
