Eval not showing up

can anyone help me with this or should i just ask ninjatrader but when i use the website my apex account isnt on there its only the demo/sim account to practice but when i use the app my apex account is there and i trade on a mac so i cant download the app there and i dont always have access to a windows computer all of the time

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately the Web and Mobile versions of NinjaTrader do not support Rithmic / Evaluation account connections.

To connect to one of these, you need to use the downloadable Desktop platform.

You will only have access to your evaluation account information from the downloaded desktop platform once you connect, or from your specific evaluation service portal.
