Ninjatrader 8 randomly freezing, chart not updating

I have some indicators on 3 main charts, and a side chart with 4 tabs. Ninjatrader randomly freezes and doesn't update for more than 10 seconds, sometimes longer.

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files and send to support@ninjatrader[dot]com.

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to your email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
