The same thing happened to me on NQ 09-24. Basically, there's missing data between the 4:05 EST and the 4:25 EST 5-minute bars.

I thought it was something that happened only to me, since I came back to the computer around that time and saw that my Windows was updating and the system was restarting... So I thought it had corrupted the NT database or something. I tried repairing, reloading the historical data, deleting the historical data, deleting the NinjaTrader.sqlite file and the cache, day, minute, tick folders from inside the NT db folder. I also tried loading the data using another workspace template. No success.

Ok so I'm not stuck in a Stephen King movie where time has been lost, a sigh of relief.
        thank you MarianApalaghiei and AMZ5m

          Hello Christopher Leggit , MarianApalaghiei , AMZ5m ,

Thank you all for informing us.

We received reports today that some of our historical data servers are missing data from most instruments such as MNQ, NQ, ES, MES, YM.

Our technology team is working to resolve this problem.

Unfortunately, this means you will either have to wait until it completes, or keep trying to reboot until you are connected to a different historical data server (HDS). Unfortunately there is no way to manually choose your server.

Until we have been able to complete the process, please try clearing your old historical data.

You can clear old historical and cache data by doing the following:

          - Shut down NinjaTrader 8

          - Go to your computer's 'Documents/NinjaTrader 8/db' folder

          - Delete the files inside the 'cache', 'day', 'minute', and 'tick' folders.

          - Important: Do not remove any other files inside the NinjaTrader 8 Documents folder.

          -Restart your PC

Then restart your NinjaTrader platform and try to connect to the market data again.

          - Once connected, right-click on the chart and select "Reload all historical data".

          - If the data still does not load, repeat the above process until you connect to a different historical data server and the chart populates.

Unfortunately, there is no way to specify the Historical Data Server, so you will have to repeat the above process until you connect to a different server.

Once we have been able correct the servers and populate the information, the data gaps will no longer be a problem.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
