    Portal Login

    I've been logging in to the NT Portal just fine for a while now.
    Recently, I got a 2-factor notification at login and it indicated that an email would be sent.
    It's been days and I've re-tried from time to time but still no email.
    It's very confusing since I've not changed my email and I use the same credentials that I used to log in to this forum...
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If you are experiencing login authentication issues, the first thing I would do is clear your browser's cookies and cache or try logging in from a different browser.

    (I also recommend that you try logging in from a PC rather than a mobile device, if you're not already doing so).

    (Also make sure that in your browser settings -> Privacy & Security -> Site Permissions -> that all permissions are allowed for: account.ninjatrader.com).

    Make sure that your ad blocker is disabled in your browser before submitting your request.

    *Please also check your email/spam to complete authentication.

    When a new device is detected, an email notification is sent with a request to verify login.

    It looks like only 1 verification email is initially sent per device.

    Can you check your email and see if you have ever received a 2-factor verification email for this device?

    If you have not been able to verify your device, search your email for the previously sent email. If you find the email, approve your device and you should be able to then log into the client portal.

      Thx 4 the timely reply Erick...
      I tried all of your suggestions but alas, no joy.
      I've sent and email to support as you suggested.
      It's just confusing since I can log into both, the forum with the credentials and log into the platform to work with charts but not the portal...
