XAUUSD Not loading

Hi there, I have connected to FXCM data with a real account and cannot seem to load to XAU/USD chart at all.. all forex pairs working fine.

I have added XAU/USD from the instrument list under "tools" in control center but still cannot seem to get data to show. Please could you help in resolving this issue?

What is the message that shows up in your "Log" tab at the bottom of the main NT8 control center window? That's probably going to hold your answer.

I'm not sure how to see if 'NinjaTrader Historical data server' is turned on or not? I downloaded historical data from the tools menu.. and I have got XAUUSD to display, but with only one bar. I have "start date" and data series "days to load" with sufficient lookback. Now it is saying insufficient historical data.. "increase days to load, start date or bars to load" the first 2 of these criteria have been done and I cannot see a way to increase bars to load.

'NinjaTrader Historical data server' is turned on, yes.. still the same.

Strangely, it's working perfectly for forex. I don't understand
