Kinetic free EOD data not working

Good morning - I have connected to on the connections tab to kinetic EOD free data but do not see any charts updating to the most recent data. In addition the "reload all historical data" option is grayed out. I have tried disconnect / reconnect - no change. How do i get this working?

Thank you for reaching out.

The Kinetick EOD free data feed is meant for downloading previous days of historical data for static viewing on your charts.

You Candles will not update in real time with this connection, nor would the Reload All historical data option work, since it this is not a feed data actively coming in.


Instead, you should connect to the "Simulation" connection, as this would connect to your DEMO account and the real-time data enabled in the Demo so that you can simulate trades with real-time data.
