Scale chart data problem

Hi
when i try to zoom out or in the chart by dragging left or right the Time axis, it doesn’t zoom it, it just dragging the whole chart right or left, using ctrl and up or down arrows solve the problem, but i can’t use the keyboard every time i want to zoom the chart, so can you help me fix this problem?

Unfortunately, the only way to pan on a chart without affecting scaling is by using CTRL.

I have watched the video that u hv sent in the first link , in 3:30 minute I can’t do that, i click on the time axis and move the chart left and right, to see more candles in a viewable range, but that doesn’t work, it shows the same candles it just moves them left and right, how can i fix that without having to use ctrl
