Order gets marked as filled but there is no execution

Hello,

I had some problems with the Platform. Yesterday I was Long with 3 contracts on MES on a Sim Account. One of my contracts got a partial fill, so the quantity reduced to 2. I have an position update in the log for this.

After that I can find in the log that there was another partial fill of 1 contract but this order was never executed. I have a Indicator which tracks the open position and updates the profit target and stoploss quantity orders. Because of this partial fill my Indicator has tracked an executed order and reduced the amount of orders although there was never an exection.

After 20 second I have seen that there was a problem. So i have placed another order without a strategy at 20:55:45.

How can this be?

Since you are reporting order issues, we need to see your platform files to begin diagnosing the cause.

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
