Auto Trail on ATM

I am trying to use the auto trail feature but am struggling. I want to scalp 10 ticks and then go to breakeven plus 1. This works. After the 10 ticks of profit, I my auto trail to be 10 ticks behind and update every 2000 ticks. What do I have wrong? I assume I'm not understanding the frequency because when I set it to 1 it updates every tick, but when I set it to 2000 (I'm using 2000 tick chart), there will be many bars in the green but it won't move from breakeven.

Thank you for reaching out.

With the autobreak even you have, you are telling your Stop:

"After 10 ticks in profit, move my Stop loss to 1 tick above break even/entry"

However, with the Auto-Trail you have set up, you are telling the same Stop:

"After 10 ticks in profit move my stop to 10 tick below current price"

Since both are triggering after 10 ticks, this could cause conflict.

"Frequency" sets the value of how frequent the Stop Loss order is adjusted after the Profit Trigger.

Having it set to "2000" is telling the AutoTrail: And also move it up for every additional 2000 ticks in profit
