Issues with connections and Ironbeam

Hello, I reciently adquire the multi-broker license, but I have not been able to connect my Ironbeam account with Ninja trader. I have read several threads about this issue but they seemed outdated... I´ve tried and fail on any of them.
Could you please, give some assistance?

You need to ask NT support to enable the Ironbeam cqg connection on your NinjaTrader account.

If you have an Ironbeam / GFF account and wish to connect it NinjaTrader 8, you would need Multi-Broker.

Once purchased, you reach out to your broker and let them know you wish to use your account on our platform.

They then reach out to us for you, so we can add the necessary enablements to your platform login.
