Black Screen after Ninja Script Add-on Import

Hi Folks,

I just started having the majority of my charts turn black after importing any Ninja Script Add-on. It has been doing this no for the past week. I can right-click on the chart and select "Reload NinjaScript" and it will return my charts to their normal look. Can someone tell me how to resolve this issue?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

We have seen this behavior before when using third party add-ons, seems like the data has already loaded but not visible within the data series window. This issue has not been replicated on a native NinjaTrader window, which leads us to believe that it stems from the 3rd party add-on itself.


We recommend consulting your vendor for best practices, or at least to make note that this is happening so they can investigate.

Thank you so much for your response. I have a number of 3rd party add-ons. I suspect the next course of action is to remove my chart and create a new one adding each add-on one at a time to find the culprit. Thanks again for your assistance.
