    Unable to complete application

    Hi all,

    I'm new here. I'm having a problem with completing my application. When I put my details in it says "Cannot start a new application: An application of this type has already been created."

    I can not save and continue through to the next page and the online chat help desk does not work. I am unsure what to do next.
