I am having issues with ninjatrader8 not showing my topstep brokerage account. Rithmic trader is running and although the Topstep connection appears, along with green dots, only the sim accounts are shown. Any ideas? Much appreciated! NT8 v 8.1.3

Topstep brokerage account not showing up in Topstep
Hello!
I am having issues with ninjatrader8 not showing my topstep brokerage account. Rithmic trader is running and although the Topstep connection appears, along with green dots, only the sim accounts are shown. Any ideas? Much appreciated! NT8 v 8.1.3 -

Thank you for the message.
This would normally mean that the Username being used to open the platform was created before License Keys were no longer needed (This was changed July 19th, 2024) and you need to reach out to our support team directly so we can find you and your username in our system and manually add it so you are ready to go moving forward.
Please send a message to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with the NinjaTrader Username you are using to open the platform and ask "Can you please help manually add the Evaluation (Rithmic) entitlement to my account" and the technician will help get you set up if the Username was made under the correct organization.- If things are different, they will provide those steps and information when you get there.

Thank you for your patience.
As a side note, I just checked our system for the email address you used to sign up for the Forum Username with and nothing came up.
If your Username or Account is connected to a different email address, please use that different email when writing into Support so that we can find you and the account/username information along with provide further information.- We can only share information with the Email address that is on file under that Username/Account so you will want to make sure and write in with that email address or update the email you have attached to your Username within the Dashboard.
If you have any further questions, please reach out directly as mentioned above as we cannot discus you and your private account information anymore specifically here in the forum since this is publicly facing.
