Syncing sim/demo acct between NT, Tradovate, and TradingView

Hi,
I want to have a sim/demo account that I can sync with and that I can use/access via both Tradovate/TradingView and NinjaTrader.

My configuration is as follows: I have a lifetime Ninja license, a live account with Ninja Brokerage (using an NT Continuum connection), and an active subscription for the addon that connects Tradovate to TradingView. I have my live Ninja account successfully synced with Tradovate/TradingView so that I can trade my live Ninja account on both the Ninja and TradingView UIs.

I simply want the same capability that already works on my live account.... but when using one or more Sim/Demo accounts.

I have a Ninja Sim account, but it doesn't appear in my list of accounts through the Tradovate UI (and therefore I cannot access it through TradingView either). Similarly I have a Tradovate demo account -- I see this and can trade this successfully in Tradingview -- but the account doesn't appear in NinjaTrader,

Thank you for your message.

If you want to add your Tradovate demo account to NT8 Desktop, you can add an addtional "My NinjaTrader" connection, and set it to Simulation. Then it will connect to your DEMO account associated to your login.

Go to the Connections > configure window and create a basic 'NinjaTrader' connection using your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard username and password.

• Select the "Simulation" Account Type to connect to your server-side Demo account.

If you do not see the configure button at the bottom of the Connections drop-down, go to the Control Center > Tools > Options window and enable the "Multi-provider" option.
