    Different set of data missing on multiple hds servers

    Connection :Ninjatrader Continuum

    hds-us-nt-011.ninjatrader.com - missing 08/01 - 10:58 to 11:17 AM data
    hds-us-nt-013.ninjatrader.com - missing 08/02 - 09:58 to 10:14 AM data
    hds-us-nt-009.ninjatrader.com - missing 08/02 - 09:58 to 10:14 AM data
    hds-us-nt-007.ninjatrader.com - missing 08/01 - 10:58 to 11:17 AM data
    hds-us-nt-004.ninjatrader.com - missing 08/02 - 09:58 to 10:14 AM data

    Few of the servers above are missing both sets of data.​

      NT Team,

      Are you going to IGNORE the data mess on all your servers?
      I see that you folks reply to newer threads but totally ignore this one?

      Can you please at least acknowledge this data missing issue?

        Alpha2Omega007's timestamps above are correct; I'm showing missing bars for ES on those times. I also have Continuum. This is messing up my historical output from Order Flow Volume Profile indicator since those prices are missing.

          Hello Alpha2Omega007​ & marcus2300​,

          Thank you for your findings.

          As mentioned in the other post:

          We have received reports that some of our historical data servers are missing data from most CME instruments.

          Our technology team is working to resolve this problem.

          Unfortunately, this means you will either have to wait until it completes, or keep trying to reboot until you are connected to a different historical data server (HDS). Unfortunately there is no way to manually choose your server.

          Until we have been able to complete the process, please try clearing your old historical data.

          You can clear old historical and cache data by doing the following:

          - Shut down NinjaTrader 8

          - Go to your computer's 'Documents/NinjaTrader 8/db' folder

          - Delete the files inside the 'cache', 'day', 'minute', and 'tick' folders.

          - Important: Do not remove any other files inside the NinjaTrader 8 Documents folder.

          -Restart your PC


          Then restart your NinjaTrader platform and try to connect to the market data again.

          - Once connected, right-click on the chart and select "Reload all historical data".

          - If the data still does not load, repeat the above process until you connect to a different historical data server and the chart populates.

          Unfortunately, there is no way to specify the Historical Data Server, so you will have to repeat the above process until you connect to a different server.

          Once we have been able correct the servers and populate the information, the data gaps will no longer be a problem.
