    Hello UnSuccessfulTrader,

    Thank you for posting.

    Can you tell me what data provider you are connecting to within NinjaTrader and what instrument you have selected.

      I have NinjaTrader data, and all of the instruments have missing bars.

        I have the same problem too. Everytime there's a spike in volatility => missing bars.

          I am having the same problem, I have tried several times to reload all historical data but, I have ended up with two gaps after that, I have cleared the cache, day, minute, tick and restarted Ninja and also restarted my pc and tried again to reload all historical data to no avail.
          I an using continuum as far as I can tell, it's whatever ninja recommended when I opened an account with you, I have noticed this only lately, it has been fine for the last few years​

            Hey Ninja Trader users - it's YOUR fault!!
            I've had many many issues - freezing lagging orders unable to cancel - it's always MY FAULT...
            Being a professional coder - my option this substandard code is junk
            But hey - it's my fault

                I try another platform on the same account and do not have any missing bars. So this is definitely a problem with NinjaTrader.

                      Had the problem yesterday as documented in the other threads. Somehow it resolved itself in the evening after three attempts to delete the referenced DB folders but I also connected to a different data provider (Continuum vs using Rithmic prior). Had another NT crash today, (3 in last two days, unusual in my experience) and upon reconnect another gap showed upon re-open for today between 8:58 and 9:14 CST in NQ and ES.

                        Hi. I am having the same problems.

                        No bars on the chart of August 2nd between 8:58 and 9:14, also August 1st between 09:40 and 09:58 and 09:58 and 10:17, as well as July 18th between 09:43 and 09:53 in NQ, ES and YM.

                        I traded live August 2nd and the bars were there. They also were there when I later that evening logged out and saved my workspace.

                        I had everything deleted in the db folders today, then restarted. Did not fix it.

                        Tried to run and connect NT on another pc - same thing. So either this is problem with incomplete Continuum data or NinjaTrader

                          Similar issue with me. August 2, the 10:05 and 10:10 5-minute bars are missing on the ES; these were present during live trading on Aug 2, but are missing today, Aug 4. I deleted db folder and restarting NT, still having the issue.

                          I have Continuum. This is a data issue; this has happened multiple times over the last several years with NT, and needs to be addressed.

                            Me, too. No bars between 8:58 and 9:14 in NQ and MNQ.

                            Also between 9:49 and 9:54 in both NQ and MNQ.

                            Whether connecting via Tradovate or Rithmic, they are always missing, at least since yesterday (August 4th).

                            Wanted to record screenshots of Friday's trading session and was surprised that it is all messed up now.

                              Same here, missing data in the ES and MES August 2nd around 10:00 AM EST and August 1st around 11:00 AM EST. Looks like a historical data issue with NinjaTrader.
