Chart Data Issues

Hi, today (8-1-2024) when I restarted NinjaTrader, there was a gap in data around 10:40 - 11:20. I shut down NT deleted the db -> cache, minute, day and tick folders and reloaded NT.
The gap from 10:40 - 11:20 is fixed, but now there is a smaller gap around 10:05. I've tried a couple of times now and have tried to reload historical data and the only thing that has happened is the gap from 10:05 is fixed, but the one from 10:40 is now back.

How can I get this fixed? I've been having chart data issues a couple times a week it seems. I've attached a pic after I deleted the db folders and reloaded NT. You can see there is now a single large bar at 10:05 when that shouldn't be the case.

You can send these files by using the following steps:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support@ninjatrader[dot]com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

What about deleting the ninjatrader.sqlite files in the db folder?
