Indicators cannot be validated by Vendors for Use

Hello - I have 2 indicators that require validation upon first entering NinjaTrader. These indicators have worked for months without issue. My machine ID did not change today. When I look in the "About" section it is the same machine ID that I have given to them when I first got the indicators. I checked with both vendors and they say the issue is that I am not getting validated by the NinjaTrader Server. I updated to the latest version of the Windows server software on my VPS and then updated NinjaTrader to the latest version as well, but the problem still persists. Any guidance is appreciated.

Have you tried to contact your vps provider for help yet? I know any time I have a problem with NinjaTrader or 3rd party indicators I always contact ninjamobiletrader vps first because they help me quickly with NinjaTrader machine id and indicator help.
