Missing UI on latest version

    Missing UI on latest version

    I'm using the latest 8.1.3.1 and having some UI issue.

    For example, when creating new custom ATM, the advanced or more button is missing



    Correct should be as below:



    I reinstalled and it still has this bug​

    Note: I have server side ATM enabled

    Thank you for posting.

    Can you please attach a screenshot of your SuperDOM that is missing the buttons you are referring to.

    To capture a screenshot I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.Alternatively to capture a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your reply.Thanks in advance.

      hi chris, thanks for the reply. Here is the attached SuperDom screenshot that you requested. For some reason, the screenshots in my initial post went missing; I have reattached them for your convenience

        Just an update, if I were to replace my user-specific folders and switch to the default when re-installed, the buttons appear. However, they disappear when I replace the default with my user-specific folders.

        I do not wish to go through each and every setting again as it's a pain

        Also, how can I get a quicker update to this issue as it is affecting my ability to trade?

          Try to launch ninja in safe mode to see if the buttons appear. If they do, it means one of your 3rd party addons is causing it, and removing that addon

            yes, this is happening in safe mode and the buttons do not appear.

            I used to have only 1 3rd party addon but I removed it. I also reinstalled NT after that (but saved my user-specific folders)

              Did you try running the NinjaTrader installer again to repair?

              Also which folders exactly are your user specific folders for a clue to which file is causing the problem

                Under Documents, the folder named NinjaTrader 8

                I backed it up before I did a clean install

                No idea which file or setting caused it

                It's a clean install which works (show button) with the default workspace. If I replaced it with my previous NT8 folder, it will be bugged.

                  Try removing the bin folder inside the NinjaTrader 8 folder, and then rerun the Ninja installer to repair

                    Did as instructed, didn't worked

                    Can I check if it's safe to zip this NinjaTrader 8 folder and send it to support or upload it here?
