What would cause "flatten everything" to open a position?

I am using a trade copier and I don't know if it's related to this. But yesterday when I was out of all open trades, I right clicked on Chart Trader and hit "flatten everything." I can't remember why I did that but on only 1 of the accounts, it opened a short position. It was at least 30 minutes of my positions all being closed when I did this so I'm really not sure what could have happened here.

The ChartTrader tool focuses on one specific account, the account that you have selected in the chart trader. To flatten all accounts you would need to use the control center positions tab, right click and choose flatten everything. I couldn't comment on the trade copier, you can reach out to the developer of that item if it should have worked with the flatten from the chart trader.
