Unable to connect to Rithmic Data Feed

Hello NT Support,

Getting a connection error with my Rithmic data feed and wanted to inquire if there's an outage right now. I'm getting the message "My Rithmc for NinjaTrader Brokerage: Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection. (Logon failed)"

I haven't changed my password or anything else. I'm running NT version 8.0.28.0 64-bit.

Thank you for reaching out.

When using version version 8.0.28.0 64-bit, please make sure that you have your Rithmic-Evaluation Key enterred under Help -> License key

This will update a setting needed for connection on this version.

If you still get the same error after confirming your License key, another thing I would suggest you do, is try to remove the Rithmic connection from NinjaTrader, and then recreate the account connection.

• Please go to the Connections menu--> select Configure--> Under the "Configured Menu" highlight the Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage connection--> click Remove --> Apply--> OK

• Restart NinjaTrader

• Now Return the the Connections menu --> Click Configure, and add the Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage connection again and configure it using the connection guide you received from your account procider.
