"Multi Provider" mode??

A while back i signed up for a new VPS and i cant remember but i think i had to enable "multi provider" mode in order to log in? Im trying to disable that button now so i can use the beta "server side orders" feature. How do i remove the old ninjatrader profile i had on my old VPS that i dont have access to?

Thank you for the message.

This isn't happening because of an old profile or anything like that. It is much more simple than that.


Do the opposite of the steps below to turn off Multi-provider mode:

• How To Enable Multi-Provider Mode on NinjaTrader Desktop
  • Restart NinjaTrader after disabling for the changes to take effect

After restarting, you would be able to sign in and go into the Options menu and enable Server Side ATM Strategies.

Hey Clayton thanks for getting back to me. I was just fooling around in a simulator account and opened a position and manually entered a stop loss and profit target and then closed my ninjatrader and restared it without having "server side orders" enabled and to my surprise my orders were still in play? Can you explain why this is happening without "server side orders enabled" Am i missing something something here?
