Charting bug for range type with NT8 8.1.3.0

To recreate the bug:
open two charts
make cursor global
make one chart ES, range 1, turn off equidistant bar spacing
make second chart NQ, range 6, turn off equidistant bar spacing

Result: As the cursor moves over one chart the other chart moves ever so slightly so it is no longer showing realtime data (right arrow pops-up as well).

A reason for that is that equidistant bar spacing shifts the chart to the left by some unit of time but moving the cursor over to another chart it moves the chart out of that position.

Yes, 8.1.3.1 version has the same problem.
