Hi there, just a quick one to confirm something. The colour of the bar that runs across the little notification box whilst the backup is running has now changed from green to blue. Is this something that I should be concerned about at all? Many thanks,Adam.

Has your back up file still continued to be Exported or Imported? Or does the process not finish completing?
I am not able to reproduce this on my end when exporting nor importing.
Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing?- To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
- Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
