my 60 min candle dont line up with the time interval on bottom of chart

i have attached 2 chart both same time on bottom axis but on Ninjtarder my 60 min charts are always finishing at 3.45 / 4.45 / 5.45 and so on through out the chart but on my Trading view they finish on the hr say at 3 / 4 / 5 through out the chart and because of that my charts on ninjtrader display also diffenrt to trading view ?
how do i fix that ?
i have gone down to my clock and have change the internet time to time.nist.gov and they still dont align with the time below axis?

    Hello Rooskie,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Afrter syncing your PC clock, please make sure to restart NT8 and Right click on your chart and select "Reload All historical data".

If this does not correct the bar issue, we would want you to confirm this happens on a test chart using the steps oultined below.

Please create the following chart to use for testing. This removes many variables to ensure nothing is preventing the chart from working as expected:

    First, disconnect all active connections.

-Go to Connections -> and disconnect all green connections.

    Next, open a new workspace.

-Go to Workspaces -> new -> and create a blank workspace.

Now please create the following graph to use for testing. This removes many variables to ensure that nothing prevents the chart from working as expected:
    • Go to Control Center > New > Chart.
    • Select NQ 09-24 (also written as "ES SEP24")
    • Make a 60 minute chart
    • Set the 'Days to load' to 5
    • Make sure the 'Template' in the upper right corner is set to "< None >".
    • Set the Timeframe > Trading Hours > To "use instrument settings".
    • Click OK to create the chart
    • Now connect only to your broker/live data feed.
    • Does the chart load as expected?
      • Are the bars still not lining up?
        • If this chart has loaded and works as expected, how does it differ from the other chart?

If the same issue occurs on the test chart, please provide more information on the following questions to further narrow down the cause:
    • What broker or market data provider are you connecting to for Real-time and Historical Market Data?
    • Do other instruments like the ES 09-24, or YM 09-24 line up with your X-axis, or does the same occur with all instruments?
    • What happens when you use other time intervals like 1min or 5min? Does the same occur?

We look forward to your reply.
