    Missing Data

My ninja froze for 10min and when it came back now I have missing data, reloading does nothing, disconnecting and reconnecting nothing, not sure what else to do just want to make sure if this is on my end or if other people are experiencing the same and it's on the server end? I've included a screenshot of the missing data.

    Hello Haiasi,

    Thank you for posting.

So I may look into this further can you tell me what data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader, what instrument you have selected and what time interval chart you are loading.

    Thanks in advance.

Same here for me. I have been experiencing this for the past 2 weeks. Also tried everything reconnecting, closing charts and reloading all the historical data. Nothing helps!!

This happens everytime I switch to 15 Sec or 30 sec and from there it is just missing data on every chart and every time frame. I trade mostly on NQ - Daily, 4H, 1H, 15Min, 5Min, 1Min, 30Sec and 15 sec.

Not only my data are missing, my chart shows the live data from 10 am even though it is already 10.10 am.
I am connected to Ninjatrader via Apex accounts (Tradovate), so I have free license.

Made loss of 700$ yesterday because I did not realise the candles were 10min old. The candles. were at another price level.

And today, I lost 500$ due to missing data.

I have been very consistent for the past months and this really ruins my P&L...

This needs to be really fixed!

I had exactly same issue. I've been using NT for 12 years and there are still data problems. Whether it's missing or inaccurate data.............................................. ..............................

Same here, the area marked on the attached chart should contain data. TradingView shows NO gap at that time, which seems right, since there were no major impact news events at 10:00 AM on July 19.

            Context:
            • I am using NinjaTrader 8.1.3.1 64-bit on Windows 10 x64, lifetime license, Apex account with Rithmic.
            • I have even tried repairing and resetting the database, and also manually deleting the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\NinjaTrader.sqlite.
            • I have tried deleting the historical data from within the Platform.
No success. The data is still missing.
