Unable to connect to funded brokerage accountS
I have multiple funded brokerage accounts and when i try to connect with each one, I just the connection stays yellow and never turns to green. I get no message notifying me of any problem either. Any ideas? I have all of my pw and username configured and the fields are populated. I have not changed anything and never had a problem with these credentials.Tags: None

Thank you for reaching out.
Unfortunately, regardless of License key type, it would not be possible to have 2 Rithmic connections running at the same time on the platform.
You would have to disconnect from one Rithmic account before you can connect to another Rithmic account on the same platform.
If you connection is stuck in yellow for your Rithmic account, this would be due to "Plugin" mode inconsistancies between NT8 and RTrader Pro.- If you are connecting to your account on NinjaTrader only, do not enable "Plug-in Mode".
- If you are bridging your connection, connect on R Trader Pro first with "Allow Plugins" enabled, and then connect on NinjaTrader with "Plug-in Mode" activated.
