    Data not loading for a specific instrument (which is paid though)

    Hi, I have with my NT8 account sub for both data CME & Nymex. The ES and NQ works just fine, but for no apparent reason CL (in the same workspace) only loads current price when NT8 is opened, but thats it, after that it freezes. Preffered data for real time set on Ninja Trader, as well as being connected to NT8 data configuration on startup. Would zou help me please what might be the problem?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    It seems you are being affected by a data issue, that is currently being worked on and is expected to be resolved in the next coming hours.

    The only update I have today, is that CL, NG and other NYMEX products are currently frozen when using the Tradovate / My NinjaTrader / Simulation / Live connection.

    These intermittent data issues should be resolved in the next hour or so.

    You would want to restart your NT8 Desktop platform and reconnect to refresh your data feed then.
