Error custom commission in trade performance

Hello. I have followed all instruction on your website, also i read the topics in the forum with similiar issue but i can't fix it. I created a custom commission template for minimum commission and per-unit commission and attached custom template to the demo account, im just in demo, but when i make an order and i check result in trade performance -> trade it shows the default commission per instrument and not mine. I have installed version 8.1.3.1 64-bit.

Please write into our support team at support@ninjatrader[dot]com for further assistance. Include your log and trace files using the instructions below:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
